Today a friend of my presented me with two noteworthy items I feel worth passing along:
- He revealed to me how to quickly get free, instant access to the foreclosure statutes for any state. (It’s a “secret” website you may not have heard of yet
. - He gave me a copy of a unique new resource he put together - his “Real Estate Black Book“.
So I made a little video for you you can watch by clicking the screenshot below. I slapped some fun music to it (which admittedly gets a little annoying about half way through) but the bottom line is I gave you’ll get a quick walk through of both of the above items…gratis.

The audio and video worked for me. I won’t give away the “secret site,” but it is an invaluable tool to finding nearly any specific law or statute or government agency regulation. It’s also a commonly-overlooked resource.

Robb, we try to offer useful content through a variety of mediums. People seem to love audio and video, but we also put out a good bit of article content. We just can’t put all content out in every possible medium. We’ll continue to do our best to provide value to our dial-up subscribers though.
