Fix & Flip Video: More from Steve’s Texas Ave Rehab Project…
A few days ago I posted two video clips from one of Steve’s rehab projects on Texas Ave.
Today I bring you video #3 - your first look at the “after”!
These are clips from the new content added to Rehabbing for BIG Cash, Version 2.0 (comes out in a few days). The actual DVD has a lot more than you see on these clips, but I’m glad to be able to put these out for you to enjoy.
Today’s clip is just over 4 minutes and reveals …
- How much did the rehab end up costing?
- How much is it under contract to sell for?
- What unexpected repair did the rain storm drop in their lap?
- What’s the ballpark cost of replacing a living room like his?

Love these types of videos. They’re real and more content than just words on paper. I feel Steve’s demeanor is “down to earth” and sincere. Thanks for giving real education.

Thanks for the videos. I was real curious what the kitchen was going to look like. The contractor mentioned a 3-4,000 cost, I really wanted to see what 4,000 would buy. Could you show it in your next vidio? I’m sure others would love to see it also.

Great video! I really like your contractor, wish he can come to Texas. LOL Great work. Again please let me know how to get a copy of your new book/dvd. Thank you
