More Fix & Flip Video (Texas Ave, Part Duex)
A few weeks ago I posted a clip for you from a new video project we just finished — a set of “how to” videos detailing one of Steve’s fix-and-flip deals on Texas Ave. (It’ll be included with Steve’s new Rehabbing for BIG Cash, Version 2.0, releasing in a few days.)
The previous clip was from the pre-rehab walk-through assessment with his contractor. Today brings another “BEFORE” clip from the same project, with Steve’s on-the-spot insights on…
- Is it really as bad as it looks?
- What about tearing off the back porch, and building a deck?
- Should the electrical should be upgraded?
- What’s the condition of the foundation? Should it be painted?
- What’s that aweful stink?
- Is that water trickling in the basement?
- How much would it take to totally replace this kitchen?……
